Newcastle United's Sven Botman is sidelined for up to nine months with an ACL injury



Newcastle united Sven Botman is supposed to be out for "six to nine months" after a sweep uncovered he really wants a medical procedure on a knee injury.


The Dutchman harmed his foremost cruciate tendon in Saturday's FA Cup rout at Manchester City and must be subbed late on.


The 24-year-old focus back will have a medical procedure one week from now.


"Everybody at Newcastle united wishes Sven a full and rapid recuperation," the club said.


Botman at first supported a knee injury in September and missed 17 games - including the last five of the Jaybirds' Heroes Association bunch games - prior to returning in December.


Newcastle said it was chosen not to send Botman for medical procedure at that stage and he recaptured full wellness through a restoration program.
